Automations play a huge part for the JobNimbus customers to streamline their business operations. In response to user feedbacks and to the evolving landscape of work and technology, our team was tasked to reimagine and enhance the current automation capabilities to empower our users with unparalleled efficiency and agility.

Problem

Current automation experience is hard to understand how it works and it takes a lot of times and efforts to set one up. Many users have repeatedly requested for enhancing the experience to be much easier and simpler to use.

solution

After conducting multiple interviews for the initial research, we discovered that there are 3 main pain points - Pre-creation, creation, and post-creation. We have provided solutions for each stages to solve complex issues.

DAshboard experience

With this new dashboard, users can easily adapt popular automations that are being used by other industry leaders by one simple click. This will significantly reduce amount of time for users to create their first automation and also provide ideas and inspirations to add more.

We also added helpful insights to highlight the benefits of using the automations by showing metrics on the top of the page.
