Cupbop is one of the fastest-growing franchises based in Utah. It is well-known for its iconic menu which is Korean BBQ in a cup and also for the brand’s energetic and entertaining way of approaching its consumers.

Problem

The brand is in need of a new strategy to better communicate its identity and also to effectively attract target audiences.

solution

I worked with the owner and the senior management team to reshape the brand’s vision and values and then redesigned its identity - from its logo, voice to package concept.
